9. She is from Vancouver but she grew up in Basan. 그녀는 밴쿠버에서 태어났지만,  부산에서 자랐어.

10. He teaches English for a living. 그는 영어를 가르치는 일을 해.

11. Her son fixes cars and her daughter sells cars. 근녀의 아들은 차를 수리하는 일을 하고, 딸은 차를 판매하는 일을 해.

12. I would not do that if I were you. 내가 너라면, 그렇게 하지 않을텐데.

13. I would not eat that. It might have gone bad. 나라면 그거 안 먹을 듯해. 상했을 지도 몰라.

14. I would not spend that much money on rent if I was you. 내가 너라면, 월세에 그렇게 많은 돈을 쓰지 않을텐데.

1. A: You feel like pizza for dinner? 저녁으로 피자 어때?

   B: I'd rather not. That is what I had for lunch today. 피자라면 안 먹을래. 오늘 점심으로 먹었거든.

2. A: What did you have for breakfast? 아침으로 뭐 먹었어?

   B: What I always have. Pancakes and coffee. 늘 먹는 걸로. 팬케익이랑 커피.

3. A: What do you want to have for lunch? 점심으로 뭐 먹고 싶어?

   B: Whatever you want to have is cool with me. 니가 먹고 싶은 뭐든지 난 좋아.

4. A: How old do you think his wife is? 그의 와이프가 몇 살일 거 갚아?

   B: In her late 20s? 20대 후반?

   A: No, she is like twice his age. 아냐, 그의 2배 정도야.

5. A: Why did you say that to her? 왜 그녀에게 그 얘기를 했어?

   B: Why do you think I said that? 내가 왜 그 얘기를 한거 같아?

       I wanted her to know how serious the situation was. 이 상황이 얼마나 심각한지 그녀가 알았으면 했어.

6. A: What are you doing? 너 뭐하고 있어?

   B: What do you think I am doing? 내가 뭐하고 있는 거 같아?

       I am working on my science project. It's due next Monday. 과학 프로젝트 작업중이잖아. 다음 주 월요일이 마감이야.

7. A: I think she is from Busan. 그녀는 부산 사람인 거 같아.

   B: She is? That is where my husband is from. 그래? 내 남편도 부산 사람인데

8. Why don't you talk to your boss about it? 보스한테 얘기해 보는게 어때?

    I mean, that is what I'd do. 나라면 그리할 텐데.

9. A: Why do you think she looks so pissed at us? 그녀는 왜 우리에게 화나 있는 거 같아?

   B: How would I know? 내가 그걸 어떻게 알겠어?
